Ms. Zucker has been in the Software Recruitment arena for over 25 years. Her career in recruitment began in 1981 first as a recruiter and subsequently as a Branch Manager specializing in Software Design and Development. Her career began with Technical Aide Corporation, Sullivan & Cogliano and eventually the software experts at Sally Silver, Inc.
As the Owner, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Zucker Associates, Ms. Zucker is the senior executive responsible for all aspects of this woman-owned small business. In this capacity, she oversees day-to-day operations and administrative management.
Ms. Zucker earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bridgeport University, in Bridgeport, Connecticut and a Masters Degree in Education from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ms. Zucker’s 25-plus years experience in software development/design recruitment truly makes her a well known expert in the field today. Her ability to understand the needs of both client companies and candidates make her a solid asset to any organization.
